Dr. Francis Domingo is a lecturer from De La Salle University, Manila. In order to support the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), Dr. Francis Domingo gave a lecture in the International Relations Theory course. His session was chaired by Dr. Bagus Sigit Sunarko.
