The Asia-Japan Research Institute (AJI) successfully held its third international colloquium with the grand theme "Asian Paths of Civilization and Development" online. Dr. Agus Trihartono, lecturer of International Relations at the University of Jember, was invited to be one of the speakers along with other speakers from Kyoto University, Ritsumeikan University, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, and Airlangga University. Dr. Trihartono presented the first session "Vision on Asia: Social and Economic Dimensions" by raising a special topic entitled "Halal Branding in Indonesian Gastrodiplomacy: Existing Conditions and Limitations”. The colloquium was attended online by participants from Japan, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
