As one of the Outstanding Lecturers in the Field of Humanities, Dr. Agus Trihartono delivered Dies Reader Speech entitled "Gastrodiplomacy: The New Pillar of Indonesian Soft Power". In his oration, Dr. Trihartono discussed Food Diplomacy or culinary diplomacy, academically known as Gastrodiplomacy, as a way to raise Indonesia's national image through the richness of the archipelago's food.
