Youth Elite Exchange Program (YEEP) is a program organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Taiwan for the first time in 2022. International Relations student from University of Jember, Rifki Saputra, was accepted at the National Quemoy University, Kinmen, Taiwan for one semester. He competed with many students from Indonesia and other countries such as the Philippines, India, and Vietnam. Among the programs followed by Mr. Saputra were learning mandarin, visiting different destinations like historical places, and enjoying various cuisines and cultures (Ink Writing, Chinese Chess, Chinese Folk Song, etc)
