The University of Jember received a "Learning Visitation" from Al Izzah High School, Batu, East Java on Thursday, September 8th, 2022. There were 2 departments chosen by Al Izzah Batu High School as the purpose of the visitation namely International Relations and the Medical Department. The visitation was attended by 38 students from the social science class and was accompanied by Mr. Prasojo, Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs and Curriculum as the coordinator. The goal of the visit was to make preparations for entering university. The visit began with remarks from the deputy dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Jember, followed by remarks from the head of deputy school, Al Izzah High School. After that there was an exchange of souvenirs between Al Izzah High School and the International Relations Department. During the visit, Dr. Suyani Indriastuti as the head of the department and Ananda Syifa Syauqi as the head of the International Relations Student Association (HIMAHI) gave a presentation about activities and learning in the IR Department, University of Jember. The event was closed with a question and answer session.
